Client experience and their personal stories is at the very heart of Superior Homes – It is where it all began and is what defines ours systems and processes today – to be client focused and to treat every client as a story of it’s own and not just another transaction.

We focus on making lives in Auckland more liveable and comfortable by replacing older homes into healthier and modern homes. We specialise in building townhouses in existing land or subdividing current residential land of Aucklanders into multiple homes. We realise that every person’s vision for their home or investment property is unique that cannot be condensed into a catalogue which is a common practise for many new built or subdivision companies. We build unique homes that are designed by our designers according to your vision.

Our passion for creating new and exciting spaces for our clients homes, coupled with our pursuit effective project management, stringent quality assurance and client focused approach, formed dynamic foundations for an exciting property development company we have today. Thinking differently in an industry built on very traditional ways of running construction projects, everything we do at Superior Homes is designed and considered with the client in mind. We know that as every person in Auckland is unique, so is their vision for their home. Hence, we do not provide catalogue of homes to choose from but we build unique homes that are built according to your taste.

We are a full design to built company which means that we have all the architects, quantity surveyors, engineers, builders, tradesmen and a project manager to oversee your project. We also work with leading suppliers in Auckland for all your building material, and interiors.

We are not just builders or a building company but specialise in project management. We have a dedicated project manager for every project we undertake that manages the timeline of your built, supply deliveries, tradesmen, council documentation for the entirety of your project. He will also be your sole point of contact so you do not have to communicate with several people.

Our in house designers will work closely with you to design the interior and exterior of your home. They have extensive knowledge about building and renovation materials so they can help you make informed decisions on the materials to choose. They will also help you create a functional and aesthetic interior of your home to suit the dynamics of your family life.

Our core internal and external team bring with them 30+ combined experience in project management, workmanship and design. Our team has the experience of working well cohesively as we are the same core team which is behind the success of Superior Renovations (Auckland’s more reviewed renovations company.

We are not a large new built company looking for big investors to create similar homes. Instead, we work with normal Aucklanders to subdivide their land into multiple dwellings, replace older homes into modern comfortable homes and building townhouses. We work closely with our clients to provide homes unique to them.
