Investing in Superior Homes is open only to qualifying and wholesale investors who meet the following criteria, and it is an invite only investment fund.
- The minimum investment of $500,000 is required. Exclusions apply.
- investors who are relatives of the company’s directors or major shareholders.
- investors who are close business associates of the company or its directors
- personally invited by the directors of the company
- large investors with consolidated turnover of at least $5mil per annum.
This investment opportunity is not available to retail investors.
