About Kevin Yang - Managing Director
Kevin is the managing director of Superior Homes with a extensive portfolio in project management in service based industries in Auckland. He is also the managing director of Superior Renovations and has managed almost 200 projects in the last 3 years. His journey with renovations and the construction industry started when he was in the process of renovating his own home. He realised that there was a gap in the renovation industry which primarily was built on tradesmen. There was a lack of systems, process and a project management. He then started Superior Renovations, along with Steven to create a renovation company that provided a full design to built service with an emphasis on project management and efficiency. The aim was to provide a seamless and stress-free experience for clients.
A similar lack of personalisation and seamless experience still exists in the subdivision and new built industry. New Built and subdivision companies around Auckland were either providing clients with a catalogue of houses that they could choose from or building 100’s of identical homes that you could buy. There was a definite sense of lack of personalisation or client experience. Hence, along with another business Sunny who had an extensive experience in new builds he started Superior Homes. Kevin plays an integral role in making Superior Homes a personal experience for our clients instead of just another corporate building identical homes. We will work with you, our designer and building team to build a house specific to you.
Kevin is not only interested in personalising the construction industry but is also an amateur fisherman. He likes to unwind by going away into the ocean and fishing whenever the time and weather allows. He shares twin daughters with his wife Judy which are full of energy and are often seen in our offices playing Bop it.
